Here are my Helpful Hump-day Hints for today:

HHH #1 – Buy all of your holiday wrapping paper for next year this week! It’s half price and when you pull out your decorations next December, you will realize you don’t have that extra expense of wrapping paper.

HHH#2 – Set up a jar or piggy bank.  Label it XMAS 2013.  Every month put $20 in it.  If you are a two income household, put $40 in it a month.  Think of all the extra cash you will have next December – it could pay for your holiday meals or lots of presents.  (I also like to Christmas shop throughout the year – it’s easier on the wallet.  Try to buy a gift a month also this year.)

HHH #3 – Read this article on The Container Store’s website – Organizing Holiday Decorations.  I am in need of some new holiday storage totes, so I’ll be making a purchase from The Container Store this week.
