Baked Corn Pudding is a great side dish that’s easy to make. I got the recipe from Betty Crocker’s website: Classic Baked Corn Pudding. This recipe can be served at an everyday meal or at a larger party or holiday dinner. The recipe prepares 16 servings so keep that in mind when making this. You can make this the day before and then just pop in the oven before your dinner.
Here are the prep bowls with all the ingredients needed.
All ready to go in the oven!
Of course – I forgot to take a final picture of the dish done! I always do that. Here is the picture perfect shot from the Betty Crocker website. (Sure – mine looked JUST like that!)
Let me know if you try this and what you think. Thanks for reading!
You got that recipe from me! I might have gotten it from there?
ok, ok I must give credit where credit is due… I actually got this recipe from my sister Roberta, who got it from Betty Crocker!!!
Yum! I will send you Jeanne Wulfman’s (my late mother in law) West Virginia recipe. (Maybe it is actually from BC!) Come to think of it I may make that and bring it to Xmas dinner at Anne and Patrick’s house!
delicious – send recipe and take pics of the dish!
