Here are my Friday Favorites for this week…one day late!

On TV- I can’t believe we only have one episode of Suits left… I don’t know if it makes me sadder: the second season is almost over, or that summer is almost over. This week’s episode was great with the fate of Jessica in Louis’ hands.  My pick for favorite is…

• AWKWARD. – We are still at Aunt Ally’s wedding and Jake breaks up with Jenna when he realizes (because Satan Sadie Saxton tells him) Matty is the man from Jenna’s past.  Jenna is devastated, but somehow it leads her right back to Matty arms…

On the BIG screen –

• I never get to the movies, but this week for my anniversary we saw MOONRISE KINGDOM. I am a huge Wes Anderson fan, so I was really excited to see this.  It didn’t disappoint!  Bruce Willis was amazing, Frances McDormand perfect and newcomers Jared Gilman and Kara Hayward stole the show (which is pretty hard to do with this all-star cast!) I kept wondering if Edward Norton’s scout master role was written with Luke Wilson in mind.

On the computer –

• When CONTAINERSTORE.COM send me emails about their sales, I always scroll down to the bottom area where they have the Expert Tips and Ideas section.  This week’s email has some good links.  August is a month for Mom’s to get organized.  Here are some great tips to help out.  Organized Parenting 101, Managing a Busy Household, and Food Storage Tips.

• ALL YOU – Want to Save 10K? Never Buy These Things. I am guilty of buying some things on this list that I know are a waste of money.  But it will have to be 9K for me because I’m not giving up cable!
